The $5 payment unlocks CSV/PDF export access instantly and permanently for the email address used at checkout. Because access is granted immediately and the scan results are generated and visible before you pay, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Before paying, you can already see your full scan results — every reference found, with its exact location — for free, directly on screen. The payment only unlocks a downloadable CSV/PDF copy of what you've already seen, so you can evaluate the Service's output before deciding to pay.
Exceptions
If you were charged due to a verified technical error on our end (for example, a duplicate charge, or a payment that succeeded but never unlocked access), contact us and we'll investigate and make it right.
